Dominic Darling

Dominic entered motorsport late and learned fast. From an early obsession with speed, balance, and precision, he moved into karting and progressed rapidly. Raised by a single mother, he funded early steps with limited testing and second hand equipment, building grit, discipline, and momentum.

By the end of 2024 he became the youngest Senior International licence holder in the UK and stepped into Senior Rotax two years early. Now with LM Motorsport, he is known for rapid learning, adaptability, and strong race starts while he builds toward GT and endurance championships.

In mid 2025 Dominic secured his first major sponsor, increasing testing opportunities and reducing pressure on family finances. He contributes through part time work alongside education, dedicating most income to racing.

Racing Journey

Dominic moved from national level swimming to karting only 18 months ago and quickly showed natural pace. In 2024 he won races in Junior Rotax, then stepped to Senior Rotax against far more experienced fields. He now competes in UKC and selected national events, building technical knowledge and consistency.

His race starts are a signature strength, often gaining several positions within the first corners. Progress is measured and consistent while he learns the craft, machinery, and data analysis needed for long term success.
